Saying goodbye is also part of life, however difficult and sad it may be. A well-arranged condolence reception takes away any worries and offers comfort to the next of kin. The funeral or cremation reception, where you can share a tear and a smile, can be sympathetically be arranged at the Hotel Marktstad and Grand Café restaurant De Ooievaar in Schagen.  A condolence or farewell reception can be held in our beautiful conservatory or the Igeszaal. Family, friends and acquaintances can meet after the funeral and, if so desired, offer condolences. The condolence or farewell service after the funeral can be arranged in various ways. Traditional with coffee, tea and refreshments or fully adapted to the wishes of the deceased or next of kin.
